[BUG-233847] Favorite Wearables Button #10877

How would you like the feature to work?

This feature is already available in Firestorm (TPV). It basically is a button that fuctions as folder for users most commonly used items. Items can be added or removed as the user sees fit. This prevents the hassle of having to constantly go into their inventory or outfits to find items.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

It would make things easier for me and encourage me to use the second life viewer more. There are certain feautures of "convenience that TPV's have that I believe draws users to them.

Pretty sure Firestorm feature requests, belong over at Firestorm.

That said, +1 from me for LL's viewer, too.  I think this should be in all the viewers.  And if LL were to add it to theirs, hopefully the others will follow.  Problem though, is I'd want different sets of items per outfit (and perhaps a global set also).  So we'd probably need an items folder, inside each outfit folder (and one inside the main Outfits folder itself)…  But it is a feature I'd love to see.

At present, I do this by RLV, and a HUD, so I would like LL to additionally register one more representative vote (because I know that that a LOT of people want this) for adding some kind of RLV-like inventory functionality — at least let scripts access a couple specific folders (under permission, of course); outfits (mostly to change whole outfits by script), clothing (for piece-wise composition of an outfit), maybe even #RLV (for those pesky TPV users who keep bugging you to add bits of RLV to the viewer), how about a "Scripts/Clothing" folder, perhaps a "Scripted" sub-folder of the folder the item was attached from, allow the user to manage a list of folders scripts can access, could even have a mechanism for a script to ask for access to a specific folder (generally that'd be it's own, but…), with the folder name pre-filled but editable.  Plenty of suitably restrictive options there.  And like, this is 99.9% of what I'm using RLV for.
