This doesn't reproduce for me, but maybe the issue depends on what outfit is being worn. Please attach pictures of the bug happening (More > Attach Files button above) and tell me where to get a copy of the outfit you are wearing.

being long time edit-body parts-shape or head shows opposite side of face or body
What were you doing when it happened?
editing avatar appearance
What were you expecting to happen instead?
to see front side of face or body
Other information
I deleted sl viewer and downloaded again but issue was at the linden lab some of users said they have this issue, some of people said they don't have
