[BUG-233914] LSL access to inventory object thumbnail images

How would you like the feature to work?

An LSL function would be able to obtain the UUID of the thumbnail image of an asset in its object inventory, to present to the user in some way, e.g. to inform a user selection among inventory assets.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

For example, a furniture pose menu could have a standard way of obtaining preview images of animations, for presentation to users in a (image-capable) menu (by HUD, currently). Selection of other asset types could also be informed by such thumbnail images, for different applications (rezzers, temp-attachment selectors, etc.)

Issue accepted. We have no estimate when it may be implemented. Please see future release notes for this fix.
