Heya Nath,
238.163, 159.651, 203.334, where the house parts were failing to rez is actually on your neighbours parcel next door. That parcel has build enabled for anyone but it doesn't have many free prims. When you rez a build from a rez box, the parts often initially rez a fair distance from the rez box and then move into place, so try moving the rez box as far into the center of your parcel as you can and try to rez it again. Hopefully that should work.
If this is the house you are trying to rez, then you should have enough free prims on your parcel: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Minimal-White-House-with-furnitures-Free-0L/1835568 You just need to make sure the rez box isnt trying to initially place the parts in your neighbours land.
Steps to Reproduce
i just wanna change my house into another house so i delete first one and rezz the second one, after that i get message parcel is full, and i decide to de rezzed my second one and take it back but that message still showing up, so i delete some furniture and other stuff, all the same that message wont gone i have 500 prims and i just using about 300 prims

Expected Behavior
i wish it could be fixing soon by restarting the sims
