[BUG-233920] Better attachment deformation behaviour #10944

How would you like the feature to work?

The simulator should by adjusted to send to the viewer not just which animations are playing, but also the key of the attachment that started the animation or null key if not started by an attachment.

The viewer should use this information to remove any deformations from the avatar from attachments that played deforming animations that are no longer attached.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

One of those features that would help remove some of the clunk out of the user experience.

Deform animations inside mesh items are common place. For residents this causes a long standing problem where they find themselves deformed after changing an outfit and the only fix is to relog.

Additionally, for people like me who make NPC's/store display bots, it becomes a nightmare because I have to script the bot to detect deformations and relog when changing an outfit.

In general I don't think relogging to change outfit should be a standard part of the SecondLife user experience, especially if we want to present ourselves to the outside world as a modern slick platform.
