Hi Pepito,
When the Communicate > Conversations is checked are you able to see the Conversations window on your screen?
When you say "When clicking on IM, nothing happens" what exactly are you clicking? I ask because there are several ways of IM'ing someone.
What just happened?
When clicking on IM, nothing happens
What were you doing when it happened?
Relog
What were you expecting to happen instead?
IM board appears
