[BUG-234200] Marketplace Merchant Issues

What just happened?

My latest listing keeps changing it's rating from General to Adult - There are no key words which I feel would make it automatically change to adult, and it is in no way an adult item.

What were you doing when it happened?

Listing a marketplace item

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Listing to show as General as selected, whenever I select General and save it will remain General for a short amount of time, then automatically change toe adult.

Other information

I have not had this issue before, or with other items.
