I can reproduce this.
On default LL release: Second Life Release 6.6.14.581101 (64bit) Set to Midday environment. The walls look dark grey on low to high and black on High-ultra to Ultra (high-ultra & ultra have shadows enabled). Walls on High (no shadows): https://prnt.sc/yV9_agLsUDOE Walls on High-Ultra (Shadows): https://prnt.sc/TbKJa93OSe9B
I spoke to the club builder & got the textures used on the wall. I set a repro wall up here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/By%20Design/102/88/22 The textures are in the wall contents Diffuse texture: Grey Concrete Wall Specular texture: Concrete/Metal Specular (256)

This is expected behavior moving forward and is a result of reflection maps being applied to glossy objects.
Current behavior:
Legacy behavior:
What just happened?
I am unable to check what texture it is as for me it just shows as a lock, but the club that I usually visit is supposed to be a slick black with pink hexagonal stripes. Like most clubs, it has the neon pink, slick black, reflective blue type of lighting. In recent versions of PBR, the massive linkset of the entire club's wall face you can see that face you that are supposed to be black are a greasy cheesy yellow. I have confirmed other viewers do not see it this way (normal viewer and Firestorm). That means in PBR it is capable of applying the wrong texture(?) or material(?) to a large linkset. The erroneous cheesy wall also does not have any reflections of blue or pink like its' normal black version would.
Miwi.PNG is on GLTF viewer PBR with high settings. The second image, where it is showing non-yellow walls, is taken on Firestorm with high settings to demonstrate this is a viewer rendering error on GLTF. Everytime I join it looks the same, persisting between reinstallation of Second Life GLTF and two versions of GLTF, where it did not occur two versions ago.
What were you doing when it happened?
I walked in and observed the wall.
What were you expecting to happen instead?
The wall should be a slick black that reflects blue and pink and is very glossy and shiny. There should not be any yellow.
Other information
My apologies for the location of the bug being a bit awkward, but I'm sure there is other occurrences of incorrect texture(?) application on other large linksets somewhere.
