[BUG-234318] [PBR] Add some commonly used materials to Library #11266

How would you like the feature to work?

As users experiment with materials it will be very useful to have some good examples in the Library to allow for use and adaptation. It would also allow for reuse of common materials saving asset downloads.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

Help to users to use PBR. Efficiency savings going forward.

Sample materials have been very useful during early PBR testing on the Beta Grid Rumpus Rooms.

Adding samples into the Library early on so they are available now as more users try the PBR release candidate viewers, before widespread adoption.
