Are you able to reproduce this problem on the official Second Life Viewer? If so, please update this issue with information on the supported viewer version accordingly.

To help us troubleshoot this issue please reproduce the error and then before relaunching the viewer, zip up your viewer logs folder and attach it to this issue using More -> Attach files. This page tells you where to find the logs folder: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-report-a-bug/ta-p/733545#Section_.3

What just happened?
As the title says, when I wear an outfit from my gallery, it doesn't always show all parts on my character (visually), even if they're showing in the "wearing" menu.
What were you doing when it happened?
Whenever I change between certain outfits, some parts won't be loaded. Most common ones would be the feet on the Classic body, the chest on the Legacy body or the proper chest with the Maitreya petite add-on.
What were you expecting to happen instead?
When clicking wear, whatever I'm wearing should be showing on my character. At times it shows on "wearing" but there's no visual feedback, the parts are simply invisible.
Other information
A workaround for that is un-wearing the part and re-wearing it. I have noticed that the chance of success is much higher when I have less objets to wear in my outfit, which might be the key here for debugging.
