[BUG-234837] Mac: moving a window, such as a text editor, or inventory is very laggy

What just happened?

I'm moving a window in the SL interface and the movement is laggy and stuttery.

Resizing the same window is normally smooth.

This specially applies to text editor window, script editor and inventory window. Not so much on conversations or texture windows for instance.

The SL statistics window shows an important fps drop when moving a window (easily divided by a factor of 2), this on pretty much all the interface windows. However, as mentioned above, the text editor window is the one that feels the more laggy.

I was moving a window

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Moving a window should be smoother and more responsive

Other information

This seems to be specific to the Mac version.
