[BUG-234999] [PBR] Region probes broken while editing EEP #11818

What just happened?

While trying to tweak EEP, region probes all of the sudden become broken, going black and white, blinking... the only way to fix is to log out and log back in, this happens with quite a few EEP setting sliders, an easy way to reproduce is set the new Midday  and then play with sun Glow Focus as an example in Personal Lighting window...  (To make sure it was not something specific with an EEP setting of mine, I used the newest default Midday as of the latest build @ github tagged as release/qa ).

Editing EEP settings

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Expecting the viewer to work as a "released" product.

Can you confirm that this is the same behaviour you're seeing?

We do currently have an open issue regarding the Personal Lighting floater killing reflection probes as Jenna has mentioned above although this should only occur if you're changing to a default environment while it's open https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-234739

I believe so, except, It happens with other sliders as well... and happened this morning while transitioning between EEP settings using the board (scripts).

Something on the probes does not react too well.

Edit - I just noticed the video, its very similar... probably the same.
