[BUG-235007] [Emoji] Emoji category names using mixed languages

What just happened?

Opening the emoji picker using German locale, the category names are using mixed German/English language, e.g. "Tiere and Natur" instead of "Tiere und Natur", "Smilies and Emotionen" instead of "Smilies und Emotionen", "Menschen and Körper" instead of "Menschen und Körper" etc. Basically all categories with "and" in the name are affected.
