[BUG-235010] Associating a role does not update abilities #11826

What just happened?

When giving someone a role in the group that allows them to do something like Ignore Landing Point for example, the role power does not work until the person deactivates their group and then activates it again.

This request is for making the abilities activate as soon as the role and/or power is assigned, or the title is activated.

What were you doing when it happened?

A user of a group was provided a role and they had to activate None and then activate the group again to use the power.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

The power of the role and all of its abilities should activate as soon as they are obtained and not requiring toggling the group.
