When Avatar Cloth is enabled, certain clothing layers can be created to be flexible and ripple in the wind.
h4.Steps To Reproduce
Under Preferences -> Graphics, tick "Avatar Cloth" and untick "Lighting and Shadows"
Create a new pants layer, wear it and edit the pants layer as follows
Pants length = 100
Pants fit = 100
Cuff flare = 100
Pants crotch = 100
Save changes to pants layer
Create a new shirt layer, wear it and edit the pants layer as follows
Sleeve length = 100
Shirt bottom = 15
Shirt fit = 100
Sleeve looseness = 100
Save changes to shirt layer
(Above settings are just chosen to show extreme effect of avatar cloth)
Under Preferences -> Graphics, toggle the "Lighting and Shadows" setting on and off and observe how the pants cuffs & crotch and shirt cuffs and bottom react.
Observed Behaviour
When "Lighting and Shadows" is disabled, you will see the pants cuffs & crotch and shirt cuffs and shirt bottom flex and ripple.
Avatar Cloth is working as expected.
When "Lighting and Shadows" is enabled, the clothing does not flex and ripple.
Avatar Cloth is broken.
Reproduces on Second Life 3.5.3 (276452) May 24 2013 02:06:23 (Second Life Release) and Second Life 3.6.0 (276764) May 31 2013 21:09:40 (Second Life Beta)
