Hello! This is not a bug and is, at the moment, intended behaviour due to the lack of adobe flash being installed properly.

Please go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ and follow these steps:

  1. In the first drop down menu, choose your OS(Windows 10/Windows 8)
  2. In the second field, choose "FP 22 for Opera and Chromium - PPAPI" THIS IS IMPORTANT.
  3. Click download

    Or click this link: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=FP_22_for_Opera_and_Chromium_-_PPAPI&standalone=1

After you do one of the two options above, you will receive a file download. Before installing make sure you close out of Opera/Chromium/Google Chrome and/or the viewer if it is running, this is just for safety precautions. Run the newly downloaded file and let it install. Once it is done the error should go away.
