The house you bought for free should be in your received items folder, in your inventory as a folder, or in your objects folder. It depends on whom you bought it from. If you didn't receive it, try buying it again(since it is free, do not re-buy stuff that isn't free if it failed to deliver, always contact the vendor owner in this case). If you mean you bought premium and got your free Linden Home, you should have received a email welcoming you to your Linden Home. If this did not arrive, you can always go to https://secondlife.com/my/account/land.php?lang=en-US and it will tell you where your Linden Home is(Provided you do not own any other land, it should be the only entry listed on there).

As for the cloud issue: This happens from time to time. The reason for it is that an required attachment is either: A) Missing/not attached, B) Not loading properly. A quick an easy fix is to go to "Avatar -> Choose An Avatar" and load a default avatar from there, then re-load your outfit again(replacing the default avatar), or remove the attachments you do not need and re-attach what you were wearing. Alternatively, you can create the following from the "New Body part" menu when right clicking a new folder and wear each of them:

If option 2 does not work, you may need to do option 1.

If neither options work, you can force your avatar to the default test characters. To do this, press "CTRL + ALT + Q", a new option menu should appear saying "Developer" (It'll be after 'Help" on the same bar as "Avatar", "Comm", "World", "Build", etc). From there, go to Developer -> Avatar -> Character Tests -> Test Male (or Test Female if you would like, it doesn't matter which). This should fix the issue if it is of the common issue.

I suggest disabling the developer menu when done: Toying around with the settings in there if you do not know what you are doing can cause unexpected side effects, including viewer crashes(I.E.: Force an error). If you wish to disable this, simply press "CTRL + ALT + Q" to toggle it back off.

If you need any further assistance, please contact support at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case or ask on the resident answers page at https://community.secondlife.com/t5/Answers/qac-p/Answers, as the Jira is intended for bug reports, not one on one support. Hope this helps!
