[BUG-37764] [BENTO] Shape deformed on Bento viewer.

• I'm still poking at a good repro for this one & will probably add further info to this issue.

• This outfit that I'm wearing in the images & video, I've been wearing for a few days on default release & Firestorm & have not had any problems with my shape being deformed.

• I can't box up all items in this outfit & leave the box out to be taken by a Linden because some items are no copy & I want to keep them. The outfit name is ```Java Maitreya Genesis Albino satin

  
  
  # Steps to Reproduce

• Sometimes logging in on the Bento viewer or after changing outfits on the Bento viewer, my shape does not load correctly, which causes attachments to be in the wrong position.

• I suspect I'm seeing the default avatar shape on my viewer when this happens.

• When this reproduces, reset skeleton will fix the shape but only for a couple of seconds, then the wrong shape pops back in.

• This bug reproduced at today's bento user group & I asked the others if they also saw my avatar deformed. Some said my avatar shape looked correct and others said my eyes were slightly popping out of my head, but not as drastically as I was seeing the deformation on my own screen. Those that saw my eyes popping said it was fixed when they reset skeleton on my avatar, however reset skeleton did not work for myself.

  Observed Behaviour

• Fig 1 attached shows my eyes and teeth popping out of my head when the bug was reproducing. The head I am wearing is a rigged mesh head (not Bento) and the eyes and teeth are unrigged mesh attachments.

The first time I reset skeleton, nothing happened & my shape remained deformed. The second time I reset skeleton, the shape was fixed, but you can see it reverts to being deformed after a few seconds.

• Whirly_1.log attached from the session where I recorded the video. What I did during this session:

  • Logged in at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Testylvania%20Sandbox/90/115/22
  • I was wearing the "Morgan" new starter avatar when I logged in.
  • I then replaced outfit with the "Maitreya** Genesis Albino satin" outfit & teleported to http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Hippotropolis/75/175/29
  • I then noticed my shape was deformed after arriving at Hippotropolis.

I was unable to repro this bug using the recipe with the "Morgan" and "Maitreya** Genesis Albino satin" outfits. Please any other details you can think of that might cause this to repro.

Tested on Second Life 5.0.0.318969 (Second Life Project Bento) OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit Service Pack 1 (Build 7601)
