[BUG-100543] Invintory is missing, I have been dealing with this issue for over a year now, tried from multiple computers, connections and viewers. My Avatar has a cloud around the! But no clothing ever rezzes, same with the inventory #121

Logging in

Actual Behavior

I have cleared cache, used different computers at different locations

Expected Behavior

See my invintory that I have built up over Time

I've contacted linden support a few times regarding this issue but I have been Led the same problems

Hiya Shinto,

Just to clarify, does none of your inventory fetch at all? Or are just certain items missing? Can you describe in more detail what parts of your inventory is missing.

I'm guessing LL support had you run through all the usual trouble shooting steps already. What happens when you clear the viewer cache & relog? Is the same inventory still missing?

Using the Linden lab viewer from https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/, in the top menu bar of the viewer, go to me -> Choose an avatar -> New Avatars. Pick any avatar in the list & click the "Select" button.

Does your avatar rez after doing that?

While you are logged in on the LL viewer, in the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Help -> About Second Life, click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste all your system information into a comment here.

Hi Shinto,

I've reviewed your support history we definitely need some clarifications.

Will you please install the latest Second Life viewer from https://get.secondlife.com and then confirm that you can log in and put on a new starter avatar.

Whether your gas cloud goes away or not, next, rez a box on the ground, name it BUG-100543, then take it back into inventory and log out.

Please update this issue when you have done this and press the Info Provided button.
