Having a live music concert

Actual Behavior

the sim wont let ppl into venue and says the sim is full but its not according to the map was only 9 ppl in the sim

Expected Behavior

the sim to work properly

Other information

If there is no one able to get in the sim the musician dont have a audience not very good

Mahulu region was restarted 1 hour ago. Are you still seeing these problems after the restart?
