[BUG-40660] Show Accurate Content Ratings When Creating a Classified

How would you like the feature to work?

The content ratings for classifieds should be displayed with restrictions for the region like so:

1. General: Only a general rating should be permitted in general regions, as events etc. should not exceed this rating.
2. Moderate: The general and moderate ratings should both be available to reflect that a mature region may still host general events.
3. Adult: Only an adult content rating should be selectable in adult regions, as only adult-enabled accounts can teleport to them anyway.

This change should just be a GUI tweak for the classified creation/editing window, which currently seems to display general/moderate content ratings no matter where you are, including in adult regions (even though these seem to be overridden correctly to show the classifieds only under the adult rating).

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

The content rating capabilities of classifieds do not represent the actual options available, so I feel this should be corrected and clarified in the GUI for creating/editing classifieds.

I do see Classifieds filter by maturity selection, so I'm not exactly sure where you are asking us to improve things.

Will you please provide screen shots to clarify exactly where you would like more Classified maturity information.

Would if I could, but uploading screenshots seems to be all kinds of fucked; anything requiring a Java applet is a huge red flag for a start, but it also seems to have an invalid certificate that I cannot override.

The issue is to do with the rating when creating a classified; only a general or mature rating is available to select, and presumably it is overridden by the rating of the region anyway, so the UI really needs to be updated to reflect this.

Anyway, it looks like number 2 on my list isn't necessary (my classified finally showed up and only appears as adult under an adult region so that seems to work), I'll amend the description on the rest to clarify. It's also arguably a GUI bug, but not sure if it should be filed as such, since the behaviour was probably correct back before the adult rating was added.

@Haravikk,

Don't use the "Attach screenshot" option (it's broken in this version of JIRA, which is old). Use the More Actions -> Attach Files option instead to attach images.
