It appears this is a case of the "More" button being missing at the bottom of the feed, as in issue BUG-10130
You can still access your older snapshot here for now: https://my.secondlife.com/issabella.Topaz/snapshots You can also skip directly to page 2 of your feed by using the link: https://my.secondlife.com/issabella.Topaz?page=2 You do actually have More button displaying on page 2 of your feed.
If you post some more snapshots to your feed, that may jiggle the More button to appear again on your main feed page. To be properly fixed though, this needs a bug fix or for a Linden to fix the problem on your feed.
