[BUG-40971] Enabled voice/mic locked/unlocked overrides basic animation with nodding head; avatar moves lips regardless of preference selection

Steps to Reproduce

Speaking in voice with avatar Sangreal Arnica. Stripped down to default female avvie and bug continued to nod avvie's head in an exaggerated fashion with each spoken word.

Actual Behavior

Enabled voice/mic locked/unlocked overrides basic animation with nodding head; avatar moves lips regardless of preference selection with avatar Sangreal Arnica. This occurs in SL and in all other clients with this avatar. Alt avatars are not affected.

Expected Behavior

Expected normal movement both with AO and without AO (base avatar animation). THIS ONLY OCCURS IN SANGREAL ARNICA. NO OTHER ALT-AVATARS ARE AFFECTED.

Other information

I tried deleting my cache and completely reinstalling both SL and two other client viewers (Firestorm, CtrlAltStudio) and checked again with Sangreal Arnica reset to the default female avvie and then again with at least one alt-avatar in each clean-reinstalled viewer. The nodding head with voice enabled and speaking plus ignoring disabling lip movement error only shows up with Sangreal Arnica, no alt-avvies. The fact that this occurs in ALL client viewers seems to indicate that it is associated with the Sangreal Arnica server account, and not client-side viewers or Vivox.

Heya Sangreal,

I suspect you have voice activated gestures enabled and those gestures are triggering the talking animations.

In your inventory, search for the word active. This will list all activated gestures. Deactivate each gesture and see if the problem stops.

Does that fix it?
