Hiya SpacexingUS,
Your system information shows that you have UI Scaling set to 4, which is pretty certain to be the cause of the problem.
You can do the following from the login screen:

In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Me -> Preferences -> Advanced -> UI Size. Set UI size to 1.0, which is the default setting.

If you cannot see the Advanced tab because the UI is too large, from the login screen use CTRL+ALT+D to activate the Debug menu in the top menu bar. Debug -> Show debug settings -> UIScaleFactor -> Set this to 1.0 then relog.
Does that fix the problem? If not I'll tell you how to edit your settings file to fix the UI scaling setting.
Steps to Reproduce
for example when I open my sl app and the sign in page loads only the top middle of the page can be seen ... such as the me & help tab corner of the page. If I hover my mouse over "me tab" and click preferences, it is so zoomed in so much that I cannot access the lower part of the menu.
Actual Behavior
i was in the setting menu and I believe the graphics tab and I believe I must have clicked somewhere and due to lag I some how zoomed in the viewer, not the mouse look zoom but a preference setting that enlarged the entire viewer.
Expected Behavior
I wasn't expecting anything of that nature to occur, the viewer was perfectly fine before I some how zoomed it back in , I would just like to know if there is a quick key that can resize the viewer back to its original size
