Scripts are enabled at the location you gave above & scripts in HUD attachments are working normally for me on this region.
Firstly make sure you are not accidentally wearing a transparent prim on a HUD point that may be blocking clicks on your HUDs. Right click your avatar name tag -> Take Off -> Detach All. This will remove all worn attachments. Then wear just one of your HUDs and see if it's now working.
At the location you gave on woops region, it's pretty busy and scripts run are fluctuating between 20-60% so there is quite a bit of script delay on this region. Try going to a couple of other regions where scripts are enabled & see if this helps at all.
If the HUDs are broken on all regions, if the scripts in any of your HUDs are modify, open the script and see if the "Running" checkbox is unticked. A region can be griefed in such a way that all worn scripts will be set to not running on any avatar who enters that region (ref BUG-2364 and BUG-41011).
If this is what has happened then you can fix the scripts that are modifiable by setting them to running again. If the scripts are no mod then you will need to go and get a redelivery or the broken items - most stores should have a redelivery terminal. Maitreya has a redelivery at the main counter in the main store.
If you unpack a fresh Maitreya body and HUD, does the HUD work?
Steps to Reproduce
Just logged in and tried to play as normal. Has been working over the last few days just fine. Not today.
Actual Behavior
I can talk. I can walk with no animation. I Can tp. I can't use any huds at all. I have relogged, I have check for updates. I have left and tried again hours later. I've unattached and reattached my huds. Changed into all my saved outfits etc. No huds will work. Have spent lots of money on my character.
Expected Behavior
Animation. Magic. Using my maitreya hud.
