The new 378.57 hotfix driver does not fix this bug. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/991248/geforce-drivers/announcing-geforce-hotfix-driver-378-57/1/

[Second Life 64-bit]: World view is tinted blue after disabling Advanced Lighting Model. [200274562]
Kyle Linden commented at 2017-02-21T03:19:14Z
Thanks Whirly!
Steps to Reproduce
Login on Project Alex Ivy, or any other 64bit viewer on a system with Nvidia graphics running the new Nvidia 378.49 graphics driver.
Disable ALM Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced Lighting Model
Observed Behaviour
On Nvidia systems, after updating to Nvidia graphics driver 378.49, the world view is tinted blue when ALM is disabled.
See Fig 1 (ALM disabled) & Fig 2 (ALM enabled) attached.
When ALM is enabled, disabling Glow mostly fixes the problem, apart from the Linden water still has an off brown tint. Advanced -> Show Debug Settings -> RenderGlow
When ALM is disabled & the bug reproduces, disabling Bump mapping & shiny then re-enabling Bump mapping & shiny fixes the problem until ALM is toggled again. When ALM is disabled & Bump mapping & shiny has been disabled then enabled (so the bug is "fixed"), disabling Bump mapping & shiny will then reproduce the bug again. Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced -> Bump mapping & shiny.
Some Nvidia system seem to be unaffected. So far 2 users with Titan graphics cards have been unable to reproduce this. I'll add a table below of known affected cards.
So far all cases of this bug reported have been on Windows 10 and quite a number of users with cards that should be affected report no bug on their Windows 7 systems. Edit - Inara can reproduce this on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit (Build 7601) with a GeForce GTX 970.
Expected Behaviour
Affected Cards on the 378.49 driver
#### Unaffected cards on the 378.49 driver
