[BUG-11042] Issue with editing Profile picture in Viewer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to SL Viewer
2. Open Profile
3. Click "Edit Profile"
4. Select "Profile Picture->Choose File"

Actual Behavior

When window "Open file" stay open more then 15 sec, it will closed and Profile floater becomes empty. If you choose and confirm picture, or take any other way to close window, Profile works fine.

Expected Behavior

Window "Open file" did not close itself.

Other information

Reproduced on Current Release (4.0.0.309247). Win 7/10, OS X.

Valid bug against CEF/Valhalla based viewers version 4.0.0 and above.

Workaround: Change your profile picture in a web browser like Chrome or FireFox.

This is fixed for me on the MAINT-RC viewer: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Release_Notes/Second_Life_Release/4.0.2.310545 Fix isn't listed in the Resolved issues on the release notes though.
