[BUG-48138] trying to open marketplace listings in any viewer.. logs me out

Steps to Reproduce

I do nothing I wait patiently and don't answer any IMs or notifications. I stand somewhere with zero lag

Actual Behavior

This seems to be a major problem on either sl viewer or firestorm viewers. everytime I try to open in the viewer marketplace listings to add or subtract things the following occurs: click marketplace listings window window opens starts for about 3 seconds then see at top ( not responding) then after 2-3 minutes more of waiting I see the list appear then the screen goes black, after another 2 - 3 minutes list reappears but screen remains black and it says darn you've been logged out. EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO DO MARKETPLACE LISTINGS. yes I'm at welch a place you last suggested in previous ticket I sent in. same issue and same issue in either sl viewer or firestorm. You need to find the bug that's causing this issue my MP listings contain over 15,000 listings and my inventory is well over 184,000 why does this keep reoccurring. I have tried all the firestorm suggestions and sl suggestions. THIS HAS HAPPENED LIKE 6 TIMES IN LAST WEEK. this has been an on going problem for me since the new update I don't have webroot, also having fetching issues in firestorm seemingly right after trying to open marketplace listings, it will become unstable unknown if related.

I'm really sorry you're running into this issue! It is probably related to the number of listings/size of inventory - we will look into it and see if we can get a fix for you. Thanks for the report and your patience while we investigate.

Yes I agree to your email comments regard likely due to inventory & marketplace size & quanity of listings. I have since This report deleted nearly 25,000 items from my inventory and rebooted system and at 49fps and at welsh a zero lag sim I was able to open and upload to the marketplace with another 300+ items. So the correlation is definitely that over loaded inventory disrupts system. I was always told our inventory was on a separate server and was limtless by volume, I have proven this is not the case. In previous cases I have had well over 260,000 items and would crash a lot, have fetching failures, granted this was prior to the upgrade or intergration of viewer based marketplace listings. All I can do is rebox used full perm items, remove any non valuable items and try to keep numbers down. But it seems it will come to a point I wont be able to create MP listings much longer as far as new items because the system will in future because such failures will occur again. Perhaps trying to figure out a way to expand or adjust volume intakes might prove to benefit us?
