[BUG-5194] World map incorrectly showing land for sale masks from other regions.

Steps to Reproduce

Open world map, check "Land Sale", search for Velox. When the map tile comes into view notice a parcel for sale in the upper middle. Teleport to that location in the region and notice there is no land for sale there.

I'm no longer seeing the parcel highlighted. It may take time for a sale to go through our back end and update the map tiles.

That map tile updated for me today. I didn't make it clear enough in the desc though that this was a bug as there was never land for sale at that location ever as that location is comprised of LDPW and other owner's parcels.

Noticed this occurring for the region, Bisque. The Land for Sale masks are from another region which I could not locate.

I see the same for Bisque region on both the LL viewer & Firestorm.

Lucia's attached image Bisque land sale bug.png shows the world map viewer on the LL viewer.

I attached Bisque bug 2 This shows the actual parcels for sale on the left on the Firestorm minimap and the world map on the right showing the wrong parcels masked for sale. (I couldn't show this on the LL viewer because the minimap doesnt display parcels for sale). The minimap results show the correct parcels for sale masks.

Added a pic for the region, Green where this bug is happening atm. Hopefully it can survive long enough for someone to see it Monday.
