Please can you explain in more detail the problems that you are seeing? You dont give enough information here.
The "Monster voice in the background" appears to be expected behaviour. There is an object at the location you gave called DIABLOBULL that plays a sound in a loop which is a monster voice saying "Your feeble efforts amuse me human".... "Your time has come, you will die"... etc etc.
