Heya BisKreet,
It appears a body part in your inventory has been removed by Linden lab because of an intelectual property complaint.
When this happens, the item in your inventory is renamed to "IP Replacement ".
Search your inventory for the term IP Replacement and just delete all items with this in the name.
Seeing as this particular item is saying it is a body part, if you are trying to wear this body part and it is either eyes, shape, skin or hairbase, then your avatar will likely not render correctly, which is why you are a cloud.

Steps to Reproduce
Went shopping in SL buying and trying on many things. Started seeing the error then., but could see my self. When I logged back in I was a puff of smoke
Actual Behavior
Loading in to game I get error Failed to Find Body Part named IP Replacement 3870_11436935 in database. In game I aper as a puff of smoke. Detaching and re attaching body or clothing has not effect.
Expected Behavior
Not be a puff of smoke

If you could directme to a proper fix that would be great
