[BUG-5566] Unable to use functions in rented property.

Steps to Reproduce

Renting Mill Cottage in Tourane and I am being blocked form rezzing furnishings and am unable to use the radio and carriage buttons within the cottage by the renter.

Actual Behavior

Paid to rent Mill Cottage in Tournaine and cannot use the functions within the cottage.

Expected Behavior

Trying to use the functions of the cottage

Other information

Expected to be able to use cottage functions upon paying rent.

Heya Minerva,

The parcel at the location you gave is owned by Bedrich Panacek and he also appears to own the cottage. The controls in the cottage appear to have a private access list - maybe set to owner only or group access.

If you paid another resident for this plot of land then you will need to contact this resident and/or the land owner (Bedrich Panacek) to get things sorted out.

Hi Minerva, thanks for the report. I visited the parcel, and it appears that anybody in the “Duche de Coeur” group should be able to build objects there, currently. You appear to be in the group, so you should be able to rez objects inside the cabin. Could you please invite me to the group, so I can attempt to rez objects firsthand?

Regarding the radio and carriage buttons, you will need to talk to the script creator. It's likely that those scripts have a access control lists.
