I just sent in an abuse report and it seems to have gone through correctly.

I wonder if this is related to the Gmail reference in the attachment.

There have been recent problems with Gmail: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Merchants/GMAIL-Filters-Linden-Lab-Email-as-Spam/td-p/2410151

I'm not using gmail for the accounts involved. I can only assume a component of LL's mail system is using it.
Also, since it doesn't seem to be affecting those that don't send AR's daily and is affecting more than one account of mine using the same associated email address, of which only one files AR's daily, I can only assume that the email address itself is tied to some spam calc formula with number sent to the address in a given time and flagged permanently thereafter.
There needs the be a re-examining of criteria. Abuse Report confirmations should not be evaluated on the same level as say, IM2email or offline agent email.

Lucia - Would you forward me a copy of the unredacted mail with headers intact? soft@lindenlab.com
Lucia Nightfire commented at 2014-04-08T07:54:06Z
I forwarded one to you although what is in my Sent folder doesn't seem to have any data in the attachment. Let me know if you received it correctly. Thanks.

I've verified that this is not preventing ARs from going through, and it is not happening to all ARs, only a small subset.
We're going to fix the way AR notification mails are triggered. The existing system is a kludge that didn't adapt well to being moved to Google services.

It looks like we have enough information to go on - importing.

Heya Lucia,
Could this issue maybe be changed to Public security level? We have Firestorm users complaining about this and it would be helpful to be able to point them at this issue with the Linden replies. Thanks :)

I had this same issue yesterday. It was reporting against a yahoo.com domain which was my email provider. I switched my sl recorded email account to gmail.com and had no problems with the submission.
Steps to Reproduce
Send an AR from any region.
Actual Behavior
AR failure message is sent to the email associated with the user's account.
Expected Behavior
AR's should go through even with changes to the server's host.
Other information
Griefers are overjoyed.
