Hi thanapatbenz,
Your gift has been redelivered, please check your inventory. Did you get an object offer notification when standing on the pad , like this?
If so, when you receive gifts from the payout pads make sure to accept the offered gift by clicking the "Keep" button on the offer pop-up. If you miss that pop-up, you can find it in your notifications until you log off. If you were logged off when the gift was redelivered, you should get the accept notification When you next log in.
