Heya Candygurl1220,
Please can you try the following: In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Me -> Choose an Avatar -> Humans -> Choose one of those avatars and use "Select". Your avatar should hopefully rez correctly once you have done this and you can then get dressed normally.
If this doesnt help, create a new folder in your inventory and inside this folder, place a skin, a shape, a hairbase and some eyes (non-prim). Then Right click this folder and REPLACE outfit. You must replace, not wear or add to or it wont work. If your avatar then rezzes, you can get dressed normally.

Steps to Reproduce
I signed on yesterday and just never completely rezzed
Actual Behavior
My avatar will not rez anymore, I've tried signing off and back on... I have even uninstalled SL and reinstalled it but the problem persists. Other people can see me rezzed but I only see my name and a cloudy light .
Expected Behavior
I was expecting to see my avatar come into full view
