How would you like the feature to work?

It would be extremely useful for devices used by estate owners to manage parcel tier collection to know if a parcel it set for sale or not without resorting to 'bot' clients to login and go to parcels to periodically check. Please expose the correct state of this flag in the returned bit-field.

If there is any concern about 'land bots', then only expose it if the script or object is owned by the estate owner.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

This would make estate owner's work easier and possibly boost land sales.

The original can't be re-opened anymore, even if the problem still exists after several years.
