HUD View Cube: To change the perspective of your camera to Back, Top, Front, Right, Bottom or Perspective free cam on the selected object.
HUD View Axis: To display the axis orientation of your camera is facing (basically a HUD version of Develop > Rendering > Axes).
Pivot Points: Either the origin centre point you set in your 3D package and exported with your uploaded mesh or to set the pivot(object centre) of a object inworld(press insert and click where you want to set the new centre origin point), makes it easier for aligning your models or when attempting to create objects you want to orientate around a certain point.
Snap Align to Pivot Point: Toggle to Align to Grid or Align to Pivot Point(makes it easier to snap to other objects.
Display Grid: To be able to toggle a visible grid on and off within the grid Options and change the size of it.
Shortcut to Zoom in on selected objects: Similar to the Autodesk Maya "f".
Increase the size of the viewport window of the Upload Mesh window(Build > Upload > mesh Model...): so you can inspect it in more detail and even walk around it to verify the collision is correct before uploading, or even just add a sandbox mode that makes the upload clientside until you verify you want it uploaded.

Really basic features that help make building big projects alot faster and hassle free. These features are available in every 3D Modelling Package and pretty much all games engines/world editors, they need to be added to make it alot easier for content creators.
