[BUG-6182] HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC i7 4700 with nVidia 840m graphics renders @ 1536 x 800 instead of 1920 x 1080 when video is captured with Bandicam 1.95.510 #14069

Steps to Reproduce

Bandicam captured SL video at 1536 x 800 instead of the proper 1920 x 1000 or 1920 x 1080

Actual Behavior

I captured video using Bandicam. Instead of being 1920 x 1000 like all my other games, it's 1536 x 800 regardless of my using the NVidia 840m card or the Intel graphics.

Video captured from half a dozen other games is all correct at 1920 x 1000 or 1920 x 1080

Expected Behavior

Recording in different sims to post videos on youtube of how much fun SL is

Other information

I expected bandicam to capture the video which I then set to music and post to youtube at the system's native 1920 x 1080. Instead the videos are 1536 x 800.

Heya Brigid,

I had a quick play with Bandicam and I was able to record vdeo footage from Secondlife at 1920x1080 (which is my screen resolution) when I chose "Full size" in the video settings. So I'm not sure what's wrong here.

This question is probably best asked at Bandicam support or in the Machinima forum at http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Machinima-Forum/bd-p/machinima_forum I'm sure there will be other Bandicam users there who will be able to help you.

With the issue occurring in Bandicam, FRAP, and shown in Second Life's Snap Shot preview via Windows Print Screen it would seem to be a Second Life Issue. I have used Bandicam hundreds if not thousands of times to post video to youtube and never run into this with any other game.
