[BUG-6186] Inworld Objects sold not being delivered in 3 of my 4 store sims #14073

Steps to Reproduce

for example: I was trying to take objects into inventory or delete them.

Actual Behavior

Customers have been reporting that they buy an object inworld – through the Buy function, not a vendor – and it does not get deliveries. Not ALL customers, but the number seems to be increasing. May be related: I increasingly get the Object returned to sim message when I try to take something. Also, at this moment I cannot look at the contents of any object. I have a support ticket open, 01927989, but Bianca Linden says my sims are working fine. They are not – and appear to be worsening.

For them to be deleted or go into inventory

Bianca told me to ask customers who did not receive deliveries what viewer they were on. The last two have been on Singularity and Firestorm. I am on Singularity. Bianca also came out and clicked on two things and said the sale went through – well, most do go through, but I am spending more time each day redelivering. I have never experienced this before. She also forced the three affected sims onto a new server, to no effect.

My store is my full time job – it is frightening to think my store is losing its ability to reliably complete a sales transaction.

Hi Pamela, is this still happening? I visited http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/La%20Galleria%20II/160/22/24 , and rezzed a box which I set for sale (copy) for L$10. My alt was able to buy the object and rez his copy without any issue.

If this is still happening, could you please post the details of more recent transactions?

The percentage of non deliveries is not high enough that I would expect to see it in a couple of dozen buys.

I have not had any further reports of non delivery since moved to Magnum (although now mesh shows up as yellow pyramids but I digress). I will report any that I do receive.
