[BUG-6427] Flickr Share Window needs a quality slider

How would you like the feature to work?

It would be cool to have a quality button/slider for the share tool and also a switch to choose JPG instead of PNG.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

If you are on low bandwidth it comes quite often to timeouts (I guess), it simply fails (Thats why I would prefer also JPG). When I use the flickr email instead with the snapshoot tool, it works fine, there the snapshots taking only 2-3 secs for me. But the share tool is much nicer with tags etc.
