Heya Rodeo,
Are the objects you cannot move locked? The "Locked" option is under the Object tab of the build tools.
Your system information shows that you are using Firestorm viewer. If you have RLV enabled, check that you are not under any active RLV restrictions that will prevent you from editing/moving objects. In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Build -> Options. Make sure none of the following are enabled: Select Only My Obects, Select Only Movable Objects, Select Only Copyable Objects, Include Group-Owned Objects.
Test if you are able to edit your objects normally on a different region. The problem may be specific to a certain region, in which case a region restart will probably help.
If the above steps do not help, please test if you can reproduce the same problem using the Linden Lab viewer. You can download the LL viewer here: https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ If you only have this problem on Firestorm viewer but not the LL viewer, please contact Firestorm support for help - http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/getting_help
If you have the same problem on the LL viewer, can you give the exact item name and it's location (SLURL) of one of the objects you can reproduce this problem with.

Steps to Reproduce
Two issues when I try to edit items I own ,some items I have full edit abality, but not all. those items that I am not able to edit are not alike it seems to be random. For a week or so I was unable to edit huds on my screen, I am able to do that now..
Actual Behavior
I seem to be having issues with edit on some things. basically on some items, I do not have anything come up in the edit window, including move which is a really important feature as I can not move my horses. in "ALL" selected items I am unable to inspect anything, weather it is mine or someone on else's. I can create a new object
