Heya MsChainsaw,

Check if you are wearing any full body alpha layers on your avatar. Alpha layers will have an icon like this: http://i.imgur.com/ZxFqqYd.png Open your inventory and expand the Current Outfit folder. You can remove an alpha layer by right clicking it -> Take off.

Please try relogging into a different region and see if your avatar appears.

If this does not help the please can you try the following: In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Me -> Choose an Avatar -> Classic -> Choose one of those avatars and use "Select". Your avatar should hopefully rez correctly once you have done this and you can then get dressed normally.

If this doesn't help, create a new folder in your inventory and inside this folder, place a skin, a shape, a hairbase and some eyes (non-prim). Then Right click this folder and REPLACE outfit. You must replace, not wear or add to or it wont work. If your avatar then rezzes, you can get dressed normally.

If you are still having problems then please follow the steps on this wiki page: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Troubleshooting-avatar-appearance/ta-p/1256955

If you are still having problems rezzing your avatar, then you should contact Linden lab support directly from: https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/

Thanks!
