Heya tattoojoe,
I see you only joined Second Life today so I'm guessing you never had the Second Life viewer working on this system.
What happens when you launch the viewer and try to login? Do you get any error messages? If so please give the exact error messages or take a screenshot of them and attach the images to this issue using More Actions -> Attach files.
Please can you also attempt to login and let it fail, then before relaunching the viewer, zip up your entire logs folder and attach it to this issue using More Actions -> Attach files.
Is this a desktop or a laptop system? Did this system used to be running Windows XP and you updated it to Windows 7?
Taking a guess I think the problem may be the driver version for your card. I'm unable to find drivers for the Intel 965/963 Graphics Media Accelerator for anything other then XP. Can you use the Intel update utility at http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect to check if you are using the most recent drivers.
