[BUG-6669] Save Outfit does not Save Outfit #14500

Steps to Reproduce

Trying to wear an outfit that has been saved in the past.

Actual Behavior

An outfit that has been saved successfully in the past shows "Unsaved Changes" even though no changes have been made. Using mouse to save changes in the outfits panel causes the "wrench symbol" to blink but "Unsaved Changes" remains. Same is true with save in Edit Outfit. Doing a "Save As" does result in a new outfit that does show "Now Wearing".

Expected Behavior

Outfit should show "Now Wearing". Did until recent releases and still does in Firestorm.

I'm having the same problem, I've tried saving, saving as, etc. Nothing.
