[BUG-7077] German language - Text in statistics is cut off by the scrollbar in the statistics floater

Steps To Reproduce

• Change viewer language to German under Me -> Preferences -> General

• Relog

• Open Statistics floater with CTRL+SHIFT+1

• Resize statistics floater small and then larger and observe the behaviour of the horizontal and vertical scrollbars and text.

  Observed Behaviour

• When the right hand horizontal scrollbar is visible, it covers part of the statistics text - see Fig 1 attached.

• The horizontal scrollbar stays visible even when the statistics floater is stretched to a very wide size - see Fig 2 attached.

• Bug does not reproduce when using the English UI.

  Expected Behaviour

• The vertical scrollbar should not partly obscure the statistics text when the statistics floater is at a sane size.

• The horizontal scrollbar should only display when needed, not when the statistics floater has a large width.

  Other Information

  Does the viewer really have to force a full cache clear every time I change the viewer language and relog? I'm lazy and did not check other languages on the official viewer but this bug only reproduces with the German UI on Firestorm so I'm expeting the same results here :D

  Bug was probably introduced with the stats floater rewrite in interesting. If so, 3.7.7.289441 will not reproduce the bug and 3.7.7.289461 will reproduce the bug.

Verified this issue definitely started happening between versions 3.7.7.289441 and 3.7.7.289461. It only effects German. I tested all of the other languages, and they don't have this issue.
