Heya Mike,
BUG-3627 was filed before the JIRA was reopened (http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Tools-and-Technology/Changes-to-Our-JIRA-Implementation/ba-p/2519371) so it is currently not viewable. I asked the filer of BUG-3627 if he would mind setting the issue to be public.

Hi Mike,
As a jira-worker, I do have access to BUG-3627. Today I tried to vote for the issue, but I couldn't. BUG-3627 is "accepted" as a proposal, so the current jira workflow prevents voting. If it were up to me, the issue would not only be public, it would also allow voting. I don't vote very often, but it's a way to show appreciation (avoiding a "preaching to the choir" comment).

Ahh I see it now, thank you. It really is ashame that I can't vote for it. It seems like its just siting in the background as a task, but it seems like it would be such an easy to implement features. hmm
Steps to Reproduce
Trying to view the bug.
Actual Behavior
I can't view this bug to vote on. My last ticket BUG-7175 was considered a duplicate, but its not fair to consider it this if i can't search/view the ticket its duplicating.
Expected Behavior
Able to view the ticket that considered my ticket a duplicate.
