[BUG-7268] 24 hours ago did a region restart after I had repeated script errors and my partner was having trouble rezzing things

Steps to Reproduce

I was off line this reported this morning when I came on line

Actual Behavior

about 4/5 hours ago my partner Pam Winterfeld was renting a house to a customer when the customer lost control of her avi and went into the air and appeared to be standing on something and there was nothing there. This happened twice within 5/10 mins. After the customer left my partner found she couldn't rez anything and that went on for 20/30 mins so she rebooted SL twice and then it allowed her to play properly for a while then things started moving about but returned to where it belonged trees and everything. Then she went into a house and sat down in a chair and finished up to zero zero on the sim. Edited herself and the chair back to the house and then turned the game off.

Expected Behavior

Sim has being behaving oddly for some days and I did a roll back yesterday wich seemed to have fixed things but there still seems to be a problem on the sim

I spoke to Mycroft inworld and it sounds as if the being unable to rez problem was maybe BUG-772, which was fixed by a region restart. The chair ending up at 0,0,0 on the region while Pam was sitting on it was possibly STORM-2078, if Pam was editing the chair while she was sitting on it.
