Hi Draki, can you reproduce this when running only 1 viewer at a time? Voice is not supported when running multiple viewer instances. I just visited http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Black%20Forest/128/128/19 with my avatars (Maestro Linden and Maestro Tester), and spatial voice chat is working for them without an issue. In my test, both accounts were running "Second Life 3.7.16 (294015) Sep 10 2014 13:07:14 (Second Life Release)" on two different machines.
Steps to Reproduce
Nothing except running two viewers (which i'd done before without issue) than it voice just stopped working for both.
Actual Behavior
Voice just all of the sudden stopped working when I had a second viewer and alt logged online. Normally can do this without issue. Tried everything to fix even a fresh-reinstall.

Other information
I think maybe its server-side as 2-3 other people i've know have reported the same issue while everyone else seems fine? There was Server maintenance around the time this happened around September 24th/25th 2014.
