[BUG-7459] Feature Request: Mouselook mode setting and camera control in mouselook. #15168

Information

I was thinking about creating an experience application centered around a Halloween theme and noticed we don't have any means of putting an agent into mouselook other than with llForceMouselook() which only changes a prim param for when agents sit on a prim, not at any other time, nor does llSetCameraParams() seem to control a person's camera in mouselook.

Please consider implementing a permission based means putting a user into mouselook as well as the ability to control the user's camera in mouselook.

Thanks.

Additionally, I think there also needs to be a function that takes users out of mouselook as well.
