[BUG-7482] Floater opens in the bottom right corner overlapping "Conversations" floater

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to viewer
2. Click on any floater at the left side toolbar, "Inventory" for example (floater opens in the top left corner)
3. Start several conversations (IM,Group chat)
4. Reopen "Inventory" floater

Actual Behavior

Floater opens in the bottom right corner overlapping "Conversations" floater

Expected Behavior

Floater opens in the top left corner

Note: Issue is also reproduced for other floaters (mini-map, destinations, snapshot, appearance etc.)

I'm having a tough time reproing this issue on Second Life 3.7.18 (295146) Oct 6 2014 17:36:15 (Second Life Release). If you clear your settings are you still able to reproduce it? Are you able to reproduce on the main release viewer?

Repros on default release: Second Life 3.7.17 (294959) Oct 1 2014 10:55:30 (Second Life Release)

• Delete settings folder
• Login
• Open conversation floater - observe conversation floater opens bottom right of screen (can't remember if this is expected or not)
• Open Inventory floater - observe inventory floater opens top left of screen.
• Close and open inventory floater a few times and observe it still opens top left.
• Close Inventory floater
• Open People panel - observe people panel opens top left
• Go to groups tab in people panel and open a group chat.
• Go to Friends tab in people panel and open an IM
• Close people panel
• Open Inventory floater - observe inventory floater now opens bottom right ontop of the conversations floater
• Open other floaters and observe most also open bottom right and half off the screen in some cases.
• Leave all the floaters open and relog
• Observe after relogging, the floaters that were in the bottom right of the screen are now in the top left, apart from the conversation floater, which is still in the bottom right.
• Close all floaters apart from conversation floater.
• Open a few floaters again and observe they correctly remember their top left position.
• Close all open floaters apart from the conversations floater
• Open People panel (it still opens top left at thgis stage) and start a group chat and open an IM with a friend.
• Close people panel

• Open the floaters again and observe most of them again open bottom right and half offscreen
